Bond of Trust

theHRDirector magazine (February 2024; Issue 232) have again kindly invited me to contribute my thoughts – this time upon the importance of trust in the workplace and business generally. In my opinion - but also as recommended in my book published by de Gruyter Making a Difference – those who are trusted have greater shared purpose when it comes to performance, results and outcomes..
